To view invoices and receipts on Powweb.com, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Domains Dashboard.
2. Click the down arrow next to the username and select Billing.
3. The Billing Information displays Payment Methods, Pastdue Payments, Paid Statements, and Upcoming Payments.
4. Choose the type of document to download, for example, Paid Statements for the Last 30 Days.
5. Use the download button on the right side to choose the type of document, either .csv or .pdf.
6. A .pdf document will open in a new browser window. Hover the mouse over the page to see the options to download or print the document. A .csv file will display at the bottom of the browser for download.
7. If the desired document is not found, use the search function to look for specific statements. Remember, receipts reflect the contact and billing information on file at the time the transaction is made. Changes cannot be made to the contact information on a receipt after the transaction has been processed.
